The Ultimate Runner’s Planner is a science-backed running journal designed to build motivation, consistency, and sustainable habits. Rooted in behavioural psychology and values based goal setting, the planner guides runners to connect with their deeper reasons for running, reflect on progress, and create routines that fit real life. Its structure balances thoughtful prompts with practical planning tools, encouraging steady growth, self-awareness, and long-term commitment over short-term performance metrics.
I was the sole brand designer on the project, partnering closely with the founder to translate the vision into a purposeful brand. I developed the full brand identity, from visual language and typography to tone and layout system. I also designed, built and prepared the book for publication. Every element was crafted to reflect the planner’s core philosophy: intentional, supportive, and grounded.
